In the restaurant or on the terrace, our Chef  will have you discovering his cuisine which uses only the best regional produce, prepared in the most respectful way.
Our menu changes at the start of every month.

Restaurant closed for Saturday lunch, Sunday evenings (except July and August), 25 December, 1 January, and public holiday evenings excluding weekends.

  • Smoked salmon cannelloni, with an aromatic herb mousse, diced black radish and celery stalk, beetroot emulsion
  • Crab charlotte with three spices and eggplant caviar
  • Foie Gras terrine, port wine reduction and caramelized pear pearls
  • Cream soup of green lentils and a crayfishes sauce
