General Conditions of Sale
DepositReservations are not considered firm unless a deposit has been given; this will be deducted at the end of the stay, and represents 30% of the total cost for a stay of 3 nights or more.A 50% deposit is required for stays of less than 3 days.
CancellationLess than 21 days before the proposed date of arrival, the deposit will be retained. Less than 48 days from the proposed date of arrival, the deposit will be retained and payment for the first night will be required.Shortened StaysFor all stays that are curtailed and not advised 72 hours in advance, the price of one night’s stay will be charged as compensation.
Time of arrivalAll reservations will be kept until 6pm.Please contact us if you are arriving later.
ArrivalWe will do our best to make sure your room is ready with the least delay. Rooms will not be available before 2.30pm
DepartureRooms must be vacated before 12 noon.
